Code of Conduct

Driftless Tabletop is dedicated to creating a welcoming, inclusive, and respectful environment for all participants. We believe tabletop gaming thrives when everyone feels safe, valued, and free to express their creativity.

Expected Behavior

  • Treat all participants with respect and kindess.
  • Listen actively and allow space for everyone's voice at the table.
  • Use inclusive language and avoid discriminatory or offensive remarks.
  • Respect the rules of the games being played and the decisions of game facilitators.
  • Share resources, materials, and game components responsibly.
  • Keep discussions and roleplay fun, collaborative, and safe for all ages.

Unacceptable Behavior

  • Harassment, discrimination or bullying of any kind.
  • Disruptive conduct that interferes with other's enjoyment of the event.
  • Use of hate speech, slurs or offensive jokes.
  • Damaging property, game materials, or venue spaces.
  • Ignoring the guidance of a facilitator or organizer.

Enforcement

Organizers reserve the right to address violations of this Code of Conduct, which may include verbal warnings, removal from an event, or banning from future activities. Serious incidents may be reported to appropriate authorities if necessary.
